Spotter is presenting a case study, Air France E-reputation, at the new event for professionals from communication, marketing and opinion research, “Printemps des Etudes”.
The “Printemps des Etudes” was created in response to demand from professionals from these fields and is tailored to their requirements combining an exhibition, conferences, intellectual discussion meetings, exchanges of experiences, case studies and flash benchmarking. Richard Weetman, Client Support Director will be holding a meeting on Friday 6th April from 16:30 - 17:15 to present:

They will focus on the real-life case study E-reputation for Air France, a company that is innovative in their use of social media, following conversations in order to better understand their clients who express themselves spontaneously on blogs, forums, advice websites, Twitter, Facebook etc.
