The conference presented by Nicolas Saintagne (Corporate & Brand
Intelligence director) during the Insight Show (marketing studies) in London on
the 30th June attracted a large number of participants drawn by their curiosity
to discover a clear and functional monitoring approach. The interested parties
were there to see the benefits that could be gained from insights obtained
through qualitative analysis of social media networks.
