Selected from a special group of 450 software providers, Akio and its social analytics brand Spotter attended - for the first time - the eCommerce One to One event in Monaco. The event, which gathered 700 e-retailers and retail brands, took place from the 18th to the 20th of March at the Grimaldi Forum.
With a stand and interactions in the many round tables throughout the day, the Akio | Spotter team was able to present the relevance of its cross-channel engagement and social listening solutions.
Akio’s customers Showroomprive.com and HelloBank! shared their experience and vision for tomorrow’s customer engagement, and answered challenging questions: Why and how is customer engagement a strategic subject for your business ? How can you listen to your customers across all channels? How can the cross-channel approach work effectively and improve the customer experience?
Convinced by the size and quality of the event, Akio | Spotter attended the Paris edition of the same event in September. This time, we were joined by Florence Lescuyer, Customer Service Director at VM Magazines (Le Monde Group) for a presentation called "How to use the analysis of the customer voice to improve customer experience and business performance."
