The Spotter Club was held on December 9th, at the Pershing Hall in Paris, and included the participation of our clients Air France, Harmonie Mutuelle and PagesJaunes. During the event, several round tables were conducted around the topics below:

The evolution of the Pulse platform was also discussed after the presentation of the latest innovations: Influencer Scores and Mapping, Social Media Dashboard, Mobile Apps Dashboard, Dynamic Report and Insights Box.
In the end, with the participation of Akio customers interested in digital issues, a debate was organized around the following subject: "The customer feedback from internal channels, social networks and forums are a rich source of data for brands. How Customer Service, Marketing and Communication teams can benefit from this abundance of customer knowledge."
