This document describes Akio | Spotter’s practices in terms of protection of personal data collected from public content published on the web and indexed by Spotter to meet the needs of products and services offered to its clients. In order to be able to provide our Spotter PULSE and Spotter STUDIO products and services, the main purpose of which is to monitor and assess the e-reputation of brands – Akio | Spotter collects and indexes content from sites that publish public content available on the web such as blogs, news websites, forums and social networks. Such public content is available via an Internet search engine or by visiting these websites directly. Akio | Spotter does not collect or access private data or restricted profiles without an explicit authorization from the individual. In addition, Akio | Spotter does not have the capacity to access private information (i.e. private messages, email addresses or passwords) on the sites we collect data from, unless the sites make this kind of information publicly available.

Access/rectification/deletion of personal data
